About AliExpress Tracking

One search box, every carrier we can reach, one timeline.

AliExpress Tracking is a free tool for people who have ordered something from AliExpress and want to know where it is.

Ordertracker.online exists because tracking a parcel from China is unreasonably annoying. A single order can pass through four or five companies before it reaches you, and each one has its own website, its own number format, and often its own language. The AliExpress app shows you part of the picture. Your local postal service shows you another part, but only after the parcel has already arrived in your country. In between there is a gap where most people give up and refresh the same page for two weeks.

We close that gap. One search box, every carrier we can reach, one timeline.

What we do

We query more than 200 carriers, including the Chinese logistics companies that handle the first leg of most AliExpress orders and the national postal operators that handle the last. When a parcel changes hands, we follow it rather than making you go and find the new tracking site yourself.

We also explain what the statuses mean. "Item presented to import customs" is not useful information on its own. Knowing that it typically clears in three to seven days, and that a fortnight is normal in January, is useful information.

Where our data comes from

Tracking events come directly from carrier systems and from aggregation partners who maintain carrier integrations. We do not invent, estimate, or interpolate scans. If a carrier has not recorded an event, we show you nothing rather than guessing.

Delivery time ranges quoted across the site come from published carrier service levels combined with observed transit times from lookups run on this site. Where a figure changes, we update the page and change the review date at the bottom of it.

What we are not

We are not AliExpress. We are not part of Alibaba Group, and we are not connected to Cainiao. We cannot see your AliExpress account, cannot contact a seller for you, cannot release a parcel from customs, and cannot issue refunds. If a parcel is genuinely lost, your remedy is a dispute with the seller through AliExpress, and our guides will walk you through it.

We also do not sell your data. There is no account to create, so there is very little data to sell.

How to reach us

Something broken, a carrier missing, or a status we have explained badly? The contact page is the fastest route. We read everything and reply to most things within two business days.
