Accuracy of tracking information

Tracking data displayed here comes from carrier systems and third-party aggregators. We pass it through as we receive it.

We cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current. Carriers miss scans. Systems go down. Data arrives late, and sometimes not at all. A parcel with no recent scan is not necessarily a parcel that has not moved.

Do not rely on this site alone for decisions with a deadline, such as when to open a dispute or when to accept a delivery window. Confirm anything time-sensitive with the carrier or with AliExpress.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery ranges quoted across this site are estimates drawn from published carrier service levels and observed transit times. They are not guarantees and not commitments on behalf of any carrier.

Actual delivery depends on the shipping method, seller dispatch speed, customs processing, national holidays, weather, air freight capacity, and sale-period volume. Peak periods including Chinese New Year and the November sales routinely add one to three weeks.
